Cupping
Cupping is a therapeutic technique that involves placing glass cups on the skin and creating a vacuum by suctioning the air inside the cup. This suction effect causes the skin to rise and redden as the blood vessels in the area expand. Cupping is usually done on the back but is performed on other body parts. In dry cupping, the cups are left in place for a few minutes to promote blood flow and release muscle tension. Cupping is commonly used to treat muscle pain, stiffness, soreness, and respiratory issues like bronchitis and asthma. It is also believed to promote relaxation and improve overall well-being. It can cause temporary bruising or skin irritation at the site of the cups.

Electric Stimulation
Electro-acupuncture is a form of acupuncture that uses electrical stimulation to enhance the effects of the needles. In electro-acupuncture, small electrodes are attached to the acupuncture needles, and a gentle electrical current is applied. The frequency and intensity of the electrical current can be adjusted depending on the condition being treated. The electrical stimulation is thought to enhance the flow of energy, or "Qi," through the body and stimulate the nerves and muscles in the treated area. This can help relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing.
Electro-acupuncture is often used to treat chronic pain, muscle spasms, and neurological disorders. It is also sometimes used as a complementary therapy for depression, anxiety, and addiction.

Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that involves pricking the skin with tiny needles to improve its appearance. It is minimally invasive and aims to generate new collagen and skin tissue, potentially smoothing, firming, and toning the skin. Microneedling is mostly used on the face and may target concerns like acne scars, wrinkles, and large pores.
Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
Pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) causes issues like bladder and bowel control problems, pain, and sexual dysfunction. Acupuncture may help PFD by relaxing muscles, improving blood flow, and reducing pain. It's often used alongside other therapies for best results. Talk to your doctor before trying acupuncture for PFD.
